So for the past two years, I've been seriously trying to get into shape and live a healthier lifestyle. So I'm revisiting my Summer Goals post, and decided to make some changes to that. First I decided to focus on my Freelancing career. I'm an digital artist and it's what I love and if you've been reading my biggest and most important struggle has been my health. So I'm going to be blogging more about this journey as a way to hold my self accountable and keep track of my process and such. So let's take a look and my previous goals and what my new plan is going to be.
Reminders to my self of why I'm doing this!
I need this here so I can look back and remember not to give up or else I won't be able to get to these goals and wants. I'm re-posting them so I don't have to go searching all over again.
What am I doing different this time?
Before I was going into this blind. I didn't know what I need to do to get the job done. I thought that all I needed to do was eat healthy and exercise. But I started to hard and hurt myself and I found myself constantly going over my food goal because I didn't have any self control.
So this is my plan this time:
New Meal PLAN!
My plan this time is to eat healthy while being cheap. I also want to plan my meals ahead of time. I don't mind re-heating certain foods and I'll be less likely to grab junk food if I'm feeling too lazy or tired to cook. I made a Meal Plan for me with GoogleDocs so I'm able to share with you.
If I need to make any changes, I'll do it there and I'll even post recipes.
New Exercise Plan!
I'm going to include some videos, I think are good and I enjoy doing.
Activity Schedule (Per Day):
MyFitnessPal helped me with coming up with a calorie in&out plan. It seems like, I'm pushing it...but I gotta push myself and I know my limits. I didn't utilize this before so hopefully it helps.

I'm gonna try these for a month and see what works. Eventually I might take clips from things videos and make my own 1 hour workout once I see what works and what doesn't.
With that I'll end this post. I'll come post some other things I find. I'm gonna do a weigh-in in a few days and schedule some appointments with doctors, then, I'll post some real updates.
